My Background

 

Hello, my name is Stephanie Long the owner and operator of VA Pronto. I am here to help new and small business owners access excellent administrative and marketing support without the burden of recruiting permanent staff. With our world functioning more and more 'online' and 'virtually' business people are now seeing the benefit of utilising the services of a Virtual Assistance provider.


I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree where I majored in three disciplines - Journalism, Public Relations and Marketing. After working for a period as a Journalist I decided to utilize my more creative and strategic skills by working for a Direct Marketing company. Here I gained invaluable experience in producing printed marketing material for both targeted and blind customer mailings.


Following this I took on a new challenge working in an industry where customers will make the largest purchase of their lives - the residential building industry. To gain a full understanding of the business and what makes new home buyers tick I worked in a variety of roles including Reception, Customer Service, Contracts Administration, Office Management and Sales & Marketing.  I was an integral part of the growth of this company - taking it from a small business to one of the Top 5 builders in South East Queensland.
