Top Ways a Virtual Assistant can help you & your business
by VA Pronto on

Do you really know what a Virtual Assistant is and how one can make a realdifference to your workload?

Today I thought I'd give you a brief defintion of what a Virtual Assistant actually is.

A Virtual Assistant or VA is someone who specialises in providing ongoing collaborative support to businesses. We operate from our own offices using all the latest tools and technologies to communicate with our clients and deliver our services.

VA Pronto is lucky to be able to provide a variety of services to clients - administrative support, social media, copywriting and marketing support.

To give you an idea, here are some things I can do for you in just one hour:
  1. Mail merge 75-100 letters
  2. Add more than 75 contacts to your database
  3. Sort, answer or redirect multiple emails
  4. Transcribe 30 minutes of audio meeting notes into a formatted document
  5. Write & publish a 300 word blog
  6. Source & schedule a week's worth of social media posts

If these tasks can be completed in just one hour, imagine what I could do in 5 hours or more! With a flat hourly rate with no hidden costs it makes sense to engage a VA like me.

Every business owner has tasks they dislike which bog them down. Why not delegate some of these to me leaving you free to work on the important things - like increasing your profits!

Concerned about the idea of having someone work remotely? Don't! The business world is becoming increasingly virtual - email correspondence, telephone conferences, web conference rooms etc. This morning I completed some transcription work for a client, formatted the document and emailed it straight through. She replied with a big thank you - while she was sitting on her balcony in Honolulu reading through my work!

I hope to show you how easy and cost effective it is to work with a VA very soon!

Cheers,
Stephanie

It's Official - I am now a Blogger!
by VA Pronto on

Welcome to my first and what what will become a regular blog about all things happening in the world of VA Pronto.

What a great couple of weeks I've been having! Busy with both old and new clients and really getting into the Social Media marketing side of things! If anyone out there needs help developing or managing their Social Media presence I would love to help you out.

Facebook, Twitter and Linkedin are fantastic ways of spreading the word about your business, services or even events at next to no cost! Together with newsletters and/or blogs you will start to climb up the search engine rankings and be more easily found by your prospective audience thanks to constantly updated keyword rich content!

This week I am developing an SMS campaign for a client to keep in touch during order processing and fulfillment. If this is something that you could utilize for your business let me know and I can set it up and manage it for you.

For those of you who have commented on my wonderful new logo thanks very much. I'm really happy with it and new business card designs have been sent to the printer today! Make sure you get some when you next see me.

A big shout out to Vicki at VB Designs for her wonderful creativity on my logo and cards. You can find her at  http://www.vbdesigns.com.au - she is fantastic to work with and nothing is too much trouble.

Ok time to get some more work done before the school holidays are upon us!

Cheers,
Stephanie
